This Blueberry and Lavender Smoothie Bowl is one of those bowls that makes me feel so at peace. Whether it's the beautiful purple hues, or the lavender blend, something about this delicious bowl gives the sensation of complete tranquility. Or, as I like to think of it - namaste in a bowl.

Of course, this bowl makes best of our thriving blueberry season - combining blueberries with mango, banana, maca powder, protein powder and almond milk. Then I've topped it with chopped banana, purple grapes, dried lavender, granola, coconut flakes, and star sprinkles. The key to getting this light purple hue is mixing the the blueberries with lighter coloured fruits such as mango and banana. But it's the lavender is this bowl that really takes it to the next level; introducing a flavour and scent that so perfectly depicts stress-relief and serenity.

So it's with these values in mind that I'm starting my Monday with this Blueberry and Lavender smoothie bowl. Because all too often Monday's are filled with much big lists of to do's and soaring stress levels. This bowl is the perfect reminder to take a moment to breath, to nourish our bodies and ease our minds. After all, the ability to start a new week both happy and healthy is a blessing.

So join me in starting the week with peace and gratitude with this Blueberry and Lavender Smoothie Bowl. Hope you enjoy all the benefits of this harmonious bowl.

Namaste.
