Do you know those days where you're dying for a healthy granola to snack on? You don't want to settle for store-bought versions at the grocery store because they're packed with sugar, but you're also way too busy to make it yourself? Say hello to 5-minute Rawnola! It's the quick fix solution that totally hits the spot! This 5-minute Classic Rawnola is as easy as it sounds, and as yummy at it looks. I love making homemade Rawnola because it's SO much simpler and faster to make than traditional granola. So you can whip it together in minutes.

I promise, making rawnola couldn't be more easy - you simply throw all your ingredients into a food processor and pulse until combined. Easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy. There really is no excuse for not indulging in this delicious snack. And the recipe is so versatile so you can enjoy it in many different ways. I love to top my rawnola on smoothie bowls, nice-cream, yogurt, fresh fruit, or just toss it in a bowl by itself and add a little almond milk. It's just like regular granola! Completely versatile, and completely delish. For this recipe I used oats, dates, almonds, coconut flakes, and pumpkin seeds. But, you can always swap out the dried fruit and nuts to suit your taste preference. I love this classic Rawnola mixture because the combination is so sweet and comforting, which is perfect as we approach the fall season. It has those subtle warm, earthy tones that makes us feel all cozy inside. I also love what the dates do for this recipe - it really helps to bind the ingredients together to give us that chunky texture of traditional granola. And the almonds and pumpkin seeds give us that crunch!

But as I mentioned, changing the nuts and dried fruit for your favourites is totally possible. Pecans or brazil nuts would be a dream! Or, you could replace the dried fruits for apricots or goji berries (must try this next time!). That's the best part about Rawnola - it can be redesigned and reinvented over and over to whatever suits your mood, or whatever you have in your pantry. This mighty little snack is certainly making a name for itself as a delicious, quick and easy granola alternative. It's a convenient sweet treat that can be enjoyed many different ways.

Try this 5-minute Rawnola and see for yourself! Enjoy throughout the week topped on your favourite breakfast bowls or simply by itself. I'm sure you'll be making it again and again.
