Avocado Snack Two Spoons

Avocados with some honey and nuts proves that simple + clean ingredients = delicious outcomes! This snack has just THREE ingredients! Which means it's so easy to put together mid-day when you're busy at work, or are just too hungry to put together anything that requires more time spent than a Starbucks line! Step away from the gold card, and prepare this quick and easy avocado snack instead!

What makes this snack so delicious is the contrast of ingredients: savoury avocados, sweet honey and crunchy walnuts. YUM! Although the ingredient's don't seem like much on their own they each play an integral role to the final outcome. Like strawberries and cream; these ingredients were destined for each other. And I'm sure you can put this healthy snack together in under a minute! It would take longer to toast a bagel. Simply open a ready to eat avo, drizzle with some honey, top with walnuts and voila! You have yourself a sweet velvety snack, rich in healthy fats, AND will satisfy your mid-day sweet tooth. Bonus! Now all you need is a spoon...or two. ;)

Super EASY Avocado Snack

 

Serves: 1 | Prep Time: 1 min. | Cook Time: 0 mins.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado

  • chopped walnuts

  • honey to taste

Directions:

  1. Using a sharp knife slice your avocado in half, remove the pit.

  2. Sprinkle avocado with chopped walnuts

  3. Drizzle with honey
